I am a Veteran Service Officer. I use this device to show veterans their Range of Motion (ROM) for various joints. It is invaluable.

Bringing it to my PT session today to learn how to use it.

I really like this, but it’s hard for me to measure it by myself. You really need someone else to help you if you want to get exact measurements. I bought it so I could see my knee flexion after total knee replacement. It’s great, but like I said, I need someone to, really hold it in place so I can get the exact measurements.

It is easy to use. Helps me keep track of degree of flexibility in my knee.

This is made of lightweight plastic. It is not the heavy and stiff goni that I consider a professional therapy tool to be used by an occupational or physical therapist for years. But it is a good one to get for a patient who is recovering from a joint replacement or a shoulder, hip or knee injury to self-monitor their progress to regain range of motion. I find it helps patients to be able to know for themselves that the exercises and stretches that they need to do to get back to a normal function are working. It provides feedback and motivation.
