While this has been my go to brand for awhile now, I have to say... the sour gummy worms is by far the nastiest pre-workout I've ever had. Period. It tastes absolutely nothing like sour gummy worms... it just tastes like chemicals. I was excited to try this one due to the caffeine content, but after giving it "the ole college try" for a week, I feel like I've wasted 60 bucks. There's no way I can keep forcing this down my gullet. Friggin gross man... just friggin gross.

Great taste ! So addicting

I'm very conflicted about this. I got this one on a friends recommendation. My first one arrived completely solid and melted together. I don't remember if it was damaged in travel or if it was just too hot in the delivery car, but it also smelled awful when I opened it, so I thought it was spoiled and requested a replacement. The 2nd one arrived only 80% melted together and only smelled bad instead of awful. That in combination with me being too lazy to see a local shop had it in stock had me just throwing it in a blender to turn it back to powder. The taste is not great and the powder will separate out of the water if you leave it sitting for a minute or two. If you don't mix it back before drinking, the bottom of the cup is... very strong in it's flavor.And I'm conflicted, because in spite of all the cons it did work for me. I lost 20 lbs in the month and a half I've been taking it. To be fair, that month and a half also involved going to the gym 5-6 times a week, cutting down on fast food drastically, and completely overhauling my diet to mostly homecooked, healthier meals. But I've been trying various different pre-workouts for the past year and this was the one that made it go down. So I just bought another one in a different flavor and am gonna hope that one tastes better.

It arrived on time

4 stars because it's been literally 2 days and because I can't vouch for the weight loss part (yet)But stay with me!I took this around 5pm last night (not recommended btw) and it got me thriugh my toughest lift, never did that many reps with that weight before and I went in bloated, on my period and cranky asf chs the gym was PACKED. I felt energized but not itchy or irritated like most pre workouts tend to do to me and I still managed to fall asleep at a reasonable hour (I typically pass out around midnight, so take that how you will but I felt no less awake than I usually do, even after taking it at the time it suggests not to!)NOW- for today, I fully expected to spend my rest day in bed, unable to move especially after hitting the gym heavy that past 2 days. I slept in until 11am (yay for a day off!) And did exactly what the bottle suggested. Took one serving 10 mins prior to eating, on an empty stomach. I still planned to lounge around and get absolutely nothing done. WRONG. Between the hours of 1pm and 5pm I cleaned my entire house, put away and did the dishes TWICE and made two different types of protein bagels for my week ahead. I am still not tired and it's closer to 6pm now. Oh, and I walked iver to my kid's school to pick them up from after care. I have never felt so energized on a rest day. This stuff might just be my new best friend. I fully plan to update if I see results weight loss wise but I expect to anyways considering I work in demo and hit the gym 4x a week. If it's a significant loss I will update as soon as I see results.Hope this helps!

Really good for daily use or just as pre workout. I use it for gym days and rest days.
