Good quality.

My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
Broke on first use. I bought this particular product because I thought the relatively high price would indicate good quality. Sometimes you don’t get what you pay for. Now I have to figure out how to drill the broken bit out of the stuck screw.

Works as expected, the smaller diameter the more precise when drilling the pilot hole.

Snapped in half
I have a rusted bolt on my rototiller. I soaked it in wd-40 for two weeks. I bought this Cleveland set (expensive), followed the instructions, used the right size drill bit, inserted the right size extractor, and carefully applied pressure to turn the bolt. With hardly any pressure the extractor snapped in half. Very poor performance, and now I am probably never going to get the bolt off as the extractor has snapped off inside it. Super bummer, and definitely not worth the money. Why can't these companies make things that work????
