The container is not included. You use your own container. It’s a very good product because it heats up to u r food real hot any kind of fast too.

Q: How long does it take for the pad to get hot? I want to use it for take out food. Would I turn it on before picking up the food?

Takes from 1.5-2.5 hrs to get food really warm to eat.

Q: Where can i purchase a replacement plug? The section that has the 12v plus has stopped working
