I got this because I've heard it Revlon Fire and Ice is the best red lipstick for any woman. I've got Chanel and other brands and they're nice, but I get the most compliments when I wear this lipstick. I wear it with jeans and people say "WOW! You look great!". I wear it with work clothes or fancier things and people compliment it too. People I don't even know say "I love your lipstick! You look fantastic!"... and it's Revlon. Seriously... REVLON!GET YOURSELF SOME OF THIS LIPSTICK! Seriously, do it. Wear it, with everything. You'll be glad you did!

I've worn this shade forever but reordered here because it's $7 cheaper than local stores, even with shipping. Perfect as usual. May need to be reapplied after eating or smooching, but otherwise lasts several hours.

I can hardly believe it, but I think my seemingly eternal search for the perfect retro blue-toned bright red that doesn't constantly end up on my teeth is finally OVER!This Revlon Love Is On color side by side with Mac Red (my other almost-there choice) was ever so slightly darker and richer than the Mac Red. Also, side by side lip pressing, the Revlon is just slightly more moist whereas the Mac is more matte and tacky. Obviously the trade off is that the moister the surface the more likely you will discover some red transfer on your teeth. I did have to be careful to blot the inner part my lips after applying so I wouldn't find it on my teeth, but once was enough - after that the lipstick stayed in place for hours.Then, I discovered completely by accident, I was trying out Baby Lips glow - it's a faint light pink but the more you apply it the more it ever so slightly dyes a pink on your lips that doesn't wipe off. So I wiped off the balm then applied the Revlon's Love Is On lipstick and like an absolute miracle, that underlying faintly dyed lip color transformed the color, which was no longer brick-red, but rather the perfect intense, bright blue-red that I've been hunting for, the kind it seems all the old glamorous movie stars wore. Then I noticed that my other lipsticks were also similarly transformed to slightly purer and brighter (I think my natural lip color must have been showing through and dulling lipstick colors which is why it has been SO hard to find a pure blue-red lipstick).

Let me explain that I am 80 years old so when I say I've been using this same lipstick for years, I am definitely telling the truth! I am most happy with the clear, bright color. A few years ago, I tried one of the paler shades but people kept asking how long I'd been ill and suggesting I sit down and let them make me a nice cup of tea. Well, heck fire, I'm always glad to sit down but opined a nice shot of vodka with just a twist would be much less trouble for them.Though this lipstick is creamy, it stays on and lasts quite well.I love my lipstick and think you would too. If you don't, keep it to yourself.

I was looking for more of a true red but this is more of a pinkish red but it is still very pretty. You HAVE to wear a liner with this or it will bleed almost immediately. Lasted quite a long time!

Pink-red if I put it on lightly, redder still if I put a full coverage amount-– either way, I LOVE THIS COLOR!!! (Looks great on my fair, slightly pink undertoned skin with auburn/red hair, and doesn’t make my teeth look oddly yellowed!)And the price?!?!! I’ll definitely be buying this again! One of those that you hope they’ll never stop making! It smells great and the cap stays closed when tossled about in my purse pocket (had a wet’n’wild red lipstick come open several times!). The feel on my lips is just right, too! Not thick, not even noticeable after it’s on- just right!

I ordered the Rosewine. It's a pretty and versatile color, the lipstick goes on smoothly, it doesn't feel thick, and it doesn't make my lips feel dry. First photo is no lipstick, second is with the Rosewine.

I ordered this Revlon lipstick for my niece in the Philippines as a pre-wedding gift. She finally received the package yesterday, Feb. 7, 2018, and to her horror, the tube was empty. I either want a full refund or a replacement Revlon lipstick of the same color or price point.

Love this and always get compliments on the colour. It is no longer stocked in high street shops so good to know there are still some out there. I ordered 8 to keep me going.

Lovely mid range colour- not too bright. Good staying power - lubricates the lips without excessive shine.Have used this product for years and hope it will always be available.
