Ranunculus asiaticus Mix - 60 flower bulbs

I've bought several bulb types from this distributor and I've been thrilled with them all. I followed the packet directions for preparing prior to planting out and I've successfully sprouted from almost all the bulbs.

Received 60 flower bulbs separated in 3 packages who has vent holes and in a nicely packaged box. I tried planting my first batch (20) according to the instructions on my flower bed outdoor in California a few weeks ago but it has not sprouted yet after 3 weeks. I will try again with my second batch of 20 indoor and see if that works better.Update: 7/28/16. Planted the second batch of 20 indoor next to a window sill. Only 2 sprouted out of the 20 and then it died before it got big enough to be transplanted to outdoor. I'm very disappointed.

I planted these a little on the late side. I was walking the flower beds yesterday and saw that some of them are starting to come through. Our weather has all the bulbs I planted a little confused and they are starting to pop already. I received them before I expected and that was good but man those bulbs/crown things are creepy as hell. They remind me of spiders. It was the most creepy planting ever :)

Bulbs came wonderfully packaged and I actually got a few extra! They have all been planted, but nothing has sprouted yet.... Hoping that something pops up soon!

Less than a third of the tubers grew

They are all coming up!! The trick is to soak the bulbs 2-24 hours. Then start indoors in pots or cell packs. I also set mine on my seed starting pads and they all came up!! Too early for flowers yet.

Planted all of them, but no plants came up. Not sure what went wrong.

None of the bulbs came up and I planted them 2-3 weeks ago.
