Good protection
OK - So I didn't buy this for any type of martial arts. I bought this to protect my legs from my new kitten. He loves to claw the bottom of my legs when I'm walking.Stops needle claws right in their tracks. Thanks!

Great pass does the job

Too Thin
This whole line is too thin for our purpose. Which is to be used for light contact with wooden weapons. Bought to try out. Did not meet our needs but gave to some young teens starting out in karate.

Lightweight, BUT...
I have been training and competing in Muay Thai for some years now and these shin guards are definitely NOT competition material. They fit pretty snug and they are super SUUUUPER lightweight compared to other brands out there to include top brands such as Fairtex or yokkao... however there is literally little to no padding or protection on your shins or your foot... you will feel it even while conducting simple light sparring sessions or even worse checking one of the kicks, even if they are not super hard... fittment 4/5 , looks 3/5, protection 1/5... would not recommend for any type of intermediate or higher level martial artist.
