I recently purchased my first home and, of course, had to go get the top of the line, super huge GE Ultrafresh Vent System washer and dryer to match. What I wasn't prepared for was Home Depot's refusal to install the washing machine without an installed drain pan. And, of course, no one makes them to fit my machine, so I was left with a problem on my hands. After days of scouring for a proper pan that would arrive in time and accommodate a wall drain (not floor) and still look low profile, at least in the front, short of buying a kiddie pool, I found this drip pan that was longer in the back, and shorter in the front. I did a bunch of research, said a prayer, and ordered a 10-step Bit Drill (Comoware) to drill the hole in the tall side myself. Doggone if it didn't work beautifully! I fit the hose through the new hole, fit the seal around it the way it made sense and filled the gaps with steel wool to keep bugs from using the pipe as a highway. Home Depot came back and set everything up without incident. Looks quite good against the Sapphire Blue, too.

We bought a new washer and it was too big for the pan that came with our house. This worked great in terms of fitting in our laundry room. Because it's upstairs, my husband did drill a hole & add a small pipe to fit to the drain in the floor.So many of the other ones we looked at already had a hole/drain in them but it was in the wrong spot.

Great product. Much better than the drain pan it replaced. Thicker and more durable.

This is a great product, both well made and made in the USA. The finish was perfect and the packaging was good and kept it in perfect shape for delivery. I was able to get a good fit and entirely control potential spills or leaks. The only suggestion addition for a buyer is to add a small rubber edge to protect your feet when working in the laundry area. The edge is fully rolled and not sharp, it is still a hard metal surface. I bought a product on Amazon that worked perfect (in my picture) Brand: Seal Rubber, Rubber U Channel Edge Trim, Fits 1/16 inch Edge (1.6mm), Length 3 Feet (1 Meter).

Extremely well made and easy to install. It was a little tricky cutting the drain hole but a better hole saw would do the trick.
