Very strong sound quality
I recently started working with babies (nurse) and needed to get a pediatric stethoscope. If you work with babies, do yourself a favor and get a pediatric one. I started off using my adult stethoscope but quickly was frustrated by trying to fit it on the chest of a 6lb infant. Littmann is high quality and you can't go wrong with their products. Plus, I love the raspberry color that I selected- it's very pretty.

Littmann excellent as always. I haven’t had a pedi stethoscope before because I didn’t think it was necessary as I mainly worked with adults, however am happy I invested as I notice an immense improvement in sound.

Wonderful tool
I am a paramedic and listen to heart tones on 95% of my patients. I appreciate a stethoscope that allows me to do that effectively. I have been watching this one for pediatric patients for a year or so. When someone gave me amazon gift cards, I knew what I was getting! It is a beautiful piece from Littman as usual.
