Updated review!
Original: The knife came dull and has some defects, like pitting in the blood groove and also there were some burrs on the spine that I had to file off. Overall it looks cool but the blade doesn’t seem to be able to hold an edge and I really hate the pitting in the blood groove. Might return or might just get a more expensive one idkNew review: upgraded to 5 stars, I returned the other knife and got a replacement, very quickly I might add and it is flawless! Everything looks like it is 10x better, the sheath has a richer color and seems to be better quality and thicker, harder plastic. The knife is flawless and came very sharp, the black color of the hilt where the bayonet ring in is smaller (it’s a good thing) and darker. It seems like maybe luck of the draw I guess when it comes to QC could be bad or good but I’m really happy I got a good one. The other one didn’t attach to the bayonet lug tightly and rattled bad despite having the adapter on it and this one fits tight and doesn’t move at all. Love it!

Decent bayonet
Bought this as a backup/ beater to my Authentic M7 bayonet. Its a decent knife but if you're looking specifically for a knife, there are better options at this price range such as the glock field knife. I was looking specifically for a bayonet so that's why I grabbed this one. Out of the box it is not dull but also not very sharp. The barrel ring needs some sanding with a dremel to fit a mossberg 590A1. Also the bayonet lug clips are a little sticky at first but smooth out after putting it on and taking it off a few dozen times. Wartech should chamfer these so you can just slip the bayonet on instead of depressing the clips to fix the bayonet. I spent about an hour working the blade on a whetstone just to get a decent edge. Wasn't able to get a shaving edge on it though. The sheath that comes with it is pretty nice. Only complaint with the sheath is it only has a little retention. The buttoned strap is the only way to secure it 100%. All in all it's not a bad deal but you get what you pay for. I would not rely on this with my life but it is cool looking and somewhat functional. I would recommend if you understand what you are getting. An authentic M7 or M9 would be much better for extreme usage.

That's not a knife...this is a knife.
Just as advertised. Very nice blade. We'll made, sturdy by itself or attached to rifle.

It's all about the tang
This knife was not bad for the price compared to a top-of-the-line Ontario M9 for $200+. It looks good on my Mossberg Retrograde 590, but required some work on the handle to get it to snap into the bayonet lug. That should be no surprise if you read the M9 reviews.I wasn't expecting a true full tang, but held out hope. It was advertised as a full tang. But nope, It will have to be reinforced before any heavy duty use. I think that can be done with a little work.As expected, the blade will have to be sharpened. Time will tell if it can hold an an edge. All in all, I now have a wicked looking bayonet on the end of my gun that I will never need except to impress the guys at the range that will get an extra round of beer with the money I saved.

Fits 20inch barrel with A2 flash hider perfectly
I was a bit nervous it wouldn’t fit my stag arms retro rifle after reading some reviews. But it’s $40 so I gave it a shot.I received the package a few days after purchase, and put it on with my dad. It slides on fine, no need to force it in. Went into the bayonet lug with no effort and rested in a grove of my A2 Flash hider. There’s little to no movement of the knife when in locked into place.Overall, I’m pretty happy with this knife. It looks pretty cool, and it will get the job done without having to spend a bunch of money.

Hole is to small for the barrel
Good looking knife, cheap steel that’s why it’s so inexpensive great cheese. I really like that. It will not fit on my 590 shotgun bayonet lug. The hole in the barrel ring is too small. It won’t fit over my AR 15 barrel.
