Great for the price.
Pump worked just fine but when it came time to remove it from the motor things got tricky. There is no way to get it out without alot of unwinding of the bottle of oil and the pump. All fittings are fixed so it makes things difficult to remove. I wasn't ready for the mess it made but if I had been, it wouldn't have been so bad. Keep rags and a catch pan at the ready to minimize your mess.

Good Product
Worked flawlessly. Changed lower unit oil in my Yamaha 150 and 9.9 outboards. I did need the adapter for Yamaha outboards, but knew that in advance so it was not a problem. The lack of a swivel connection was not a problem. All you need to do is twist the hose five or six times counterclockwise before starting the threads. Sure beats the squeeze tube.

Works good, slow, but good.
Pump works as advertised. The actually volume per pump is low with an estimated 30 pumps per quart, but it was effective. My only complaint is that there is no swivel on the threaded plug. You have to spin the entire pump assembly when screwing into the lower unit. Not a huge issue, and I don't know of any better versions for sale, but it was incontinent.

i used it for my transfer case on my truck
I love this item it did what it said it would even though I didn't use it for a lower unit on a marine application. I used it because I was doing a transfer case fluid change on my truck. it worked perfectly, I didn't need to do anything but pump away and the spring in the pump is a strong spring, didn't get bound up or stuck and trust me I was pumping on it hard(wanted to see how good it was) and it was just so easy I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner. not even the hose leaked great product

No issues, worked great. Pumped that heavy gear oil into outdrive with no problem. Buy it, it works.

Good quality product
I wish that I would have found this year's ago!!! Works great. It has a metal fitting that screws into the drain hole, not plastic. It only pumps a few ounces at a time, but well worth the money. You will need to buy an adapter for smaller sized motors.

Didn't fit
Discription said the threads on the fitting would fit my out board .... It didn't. I bought it online, instead of from a dealer) to save time and a little money. Ultimately, after buying a new fitting and adapter as well as the wasted time, it would have been better to buy it from the dealer.

Not well made
The part that screws into the motor was so stiff. Could not get it to screw into the motor. Maybe it was just a defective one that I bought, usually this is a good brand for marine products.
