The sound of this amplifier is amazing 😍

I bought this product to use on the airplane when my wife and I watch movies. My wife always complained that she could not hear that well while watching a movie. Well, she had no complaints this time! She was very satisfied with the volume. And the volume was not at maximum! We were on a six hour flight and the amplifier lasted easily!

when I cut the grass with my noise cancelling headsets, all was well until I got a new phone. I find out the Mfgrs are lowering the max volume out to headsets for protection. I found volume not loud enough anymore to overcome the noise of the mower engine even with noise cancelling headsets. I just needed a little bit more volume! Back to what it used to be prior to this new phone! This product fit my needs perfectly! Now there is more than enough volume once again for me to mow my lawn and listen to tunes via my noise cancelling headsets along with this new phone. not sure of battery life yet. Only used a couple of times. I am pleased with the performance of this product.

Bought three of these. All of them had the Hi-Lo switch break off. Other than that, they are OK.

This is at the low end price-wise when compared to similar Mini Amplifiers but, in my opinion, it is on the high-end sound-wise. No doubt critics will pick it apart since it is not a brand name, it doesn't have the dazzling operational buttons, sliders and dials, its cheap price gives the perception that it is not for standing around the water cooler bragging about it material and being incredibly inexpensive it must not be of good quality. Not so fast. We have been in the music business for many years and it certainly is good enough for us ... in fact, it far exceeded our expectation. After all, we do not expect our computer to sound like Carnegie Hall. This is a very nice piece of equipment that has incredible volume yet maintains outstanding quality sound.

Don't buy it. The sound quality is horrible with a ton of distortion. Noise filter is non existing. And clips at higher volumes.

I am deaf/hard of hearing and I am always struggling with finding headphones or earbuds that can be loud enough for me to hear the sounds from iPhones, iPads or TVs and this amplifier does help quite a bit even though I have to have the amps volume maxed out most of the time. It can be a bit bulky and incovinence to use but it does the job for me.***update***Been well over a month using this nearly every day and still on its first charge. Sounds tend to be a bit muffled with volume all the way at max but I am happy that I can hear the tv while on closed captions .

i love this item! i was going to buy the iFi hip-dac from a different company but luckily it was out of stock. this prompted me to look on amazon. after reading a lot of reviews i decided on this one. i'm happy to say it was a great choice. it not only increases volume but quality of the music adding brilliance, presence and depth especially to the likes of YES, KING CRIMSON and GENTLE GIANT to name a few. the high gain setting really opens up the sound. i only wish i purchased it sooner !! i can hardly believe the price. knowing how well it works i would have paid closer to $100
