No programming required
I didn't have the remote to the TV when I got it (hand me down), so I have no idea if this is the exact replacement - however, it worked as soon as I put batteries in it and it works perfectly. Great price too. Thanks!

This is a replacement for a Samsung TV remote. It functions well, and does what we need it to do. But the build quality doesn't feel that great, and it's a little rough around the edges. Overall it is fine, but not a perfect mimic of the OEM remote.
