The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent product for when I’m using my Xbox for video. The price is very fair, and the product works very well. I do not have to remember what each button does, because it changes for each app on the standard controller. Yes, you do have to aim it in the general direction of the Xbox, but as long as it’s not behind your TV or under a table, you should be fine. All of the controls work with all of my media apps, such as Netflix, Youtube, Blueray player, HBO max, VUDU, and Hulu. you can even access the home menu, and the Xbox store. I highly recommend this if you use your Xbox for more than just gaming. Now I also do not have to worry about my Xbox controller turning off during a movie, or keeping my controller wired.No, you cannot play any games with this remote

I have had this remote for three months now and two of the buttons have developed issues. I have to push very hard and hold for them to work. about a month ago one started acting up and last week the second one has become hard to make work. if i have to buy this every 3 months then it is not a good value, i can just buy a game controller and be done with it !!! they are more money but last years of constant hare use.....

Does Exactly What It's Supposed ToNo complaints here—this product works exactly as expected. It arrived on time, in good condition, and performed its intended function without any issues. Reliable and as described. Would purchase again if needed.

I like the product overall - it works. But it does not offer full functionality as its not the brand name xbox one remote. One of my buttons stick. Good for price.

Remote that I received is not the one pictured. The one I wanted is to replace the same item I had purchased previously. The old remote works fine but the print on the buttons wear off. The new remote is completely different, same size but the buttons are not the same. Very disappointed since it’s for my grandmother who doesn’t want to learn a new remote, bought this specifically so she wouldn’t have to

It's a good remote but it came with no instructions which was disappointing. It did work right out of the box, once I put in batteries. It doesn't come with batteries either. I didn't read the reviews, I saw a good deal. It works fine needs a direct view of the xbox to work otherwise it won't work. It's great to use because I don't have to turn on the controller to skip the opening in a show or to go to another video app. Less hassle for me.

The remote arrived in very simple plastic bag. There were no directions included but it's pretty easy to figure out. The remote automatically connected to my Xbox, no need to sync. All the buttons work perfect. You dont have to press very hard. It works with 2 AAA batteries that are not included. The remote itself is very small which is also a plus.

Kinda sucks the battery does not make the proper contact. Overall the control is like slow interacting and feel very cheap. However it works but you will struggle some times.
