I ordered a lrg i wear sz 12.They slide down in the crotch area so i needed smaller sz like a medium even a small would work.They are tight fitting though.Shimming into them is fine we do with tight jeans anyway.They can be hand washed or machine washed but i suggest hang to dry.The padding is detectable under certain items but well made.In good materials its actually invisible.Thin tank dresses you can see the lines but not in flowered dresses leopard print or jeans dresses jeans or leather.You cant see anything!Its worth the try.Great support high waisted so it don't roll down and adds a boost to confidence when needed.You may wear make up nails lashes padded bras even hair extensions and wigs and dont feel deceptive so dont find anything bad about a woman who wants to add to her beauty.They are just undergarments so its for herrrrr personally to feel sexy and more desirable.Lets support women no matter if they get surgery or just buy padded hip shorts!.Love your own body regardless❤️

This product fits really good. I got it because I have the hip dips after baby #3 now and wanted some of my old shape back. They offered a lot more shape than I thought but I actually like it. I have not had an issue with them showing under things and I like the tummy control it offers too. It loses a start from me for 2 reasons: 1) I wish they used a different/silicone material for the pad inserts. If ANYONE touches your thighs they will know it is padded. You can even hear the material when you rub it. 2) while it shapes you really well from the front and back, it does not offer much support or shape to the butt so sometimes the side view can make you look a bit misproportioned. I am fairly blessed in the bum area and it is not enough for me to stop wearing them for occasions but I could see it not working out well for someone with a smaller rear. Otherwise, they offer just what shape I was looking for to wear with certain outfits!

I normally wear a US size 18/20. I purchased a 3x and it was a good snug fit. Although the seam of the waist ripped after one day of use, I will still recommend because it made my silhouette more appealing in a dress. I will probably buy another one and the same size too. I think that going up a size won’t provide the same flattering effect.

Makes me look chungus. I like how my pants fit, but it just feels awkward to wear. The padding can be seen thru pants too. Have to take it mostly off to bathroom break. Good silicone would go better, but this prolly works on very skinny people with no fat better.

Side hip pads too big

True to size. I’m 5’3, 175 lbs & got an XL for reference. I feel that the tummy control is slightly lacking, it doesn’t really “suck in” as much as I hoped it would - but it does smooth it out. I still gave this item 5 stars because the hip pads even out my body + gives me the hourglass figure that I’m aiming for. If you’re considering purchasing, I say give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised.

The product was good quality - the issue is that it doesn’t do what it advertised. It’s more of a good level body shaper but the hip pads were thin so no difference was even noticeable. And that’s the whole point of buying this piece! SMH please save your money

I was skeptical about how this would look. It fit perfectly and also looked very natural. It more enhanced my hip deep and smoothed out my tummy. I did still wear a waist trainer with it. But this item is awesome. I highly recommended very good quality.
