I do not want to punch down on this product because everyone can't afford EnerGold ( the best one I've tried ). This one is okay. But very salty and I know I'm not the only one to voice this on Amazon. I would like to think they do the best they can providing a cheaper alternative for individuals who want Monoatomic gold. This is my opinion, and I pride myself with giving honest reviews on all platforms. I would say if you want to save a little money give them a go. I still take these when I run out of EnerGold. These capsules are tiny! I opened them and sprinkled on my tongue. It has a salty taste I don't believe this is legit ormus! Look elsewhere, buyer beware! I don't recommend this product
