pretty good product
Use as bathroom ventilation. Does the job greatly!Do have some noises while working, but as a 6 inches fan,no complain!Recommended!

A little loud but works great!
This little fan does a great job, especially for the price. Was easy to install & looks great. It does produce a bit more operating noise than I’d like, but overall this is a good buy.

Electrical wiring
There were no instructions for wiring it.The wiring colors do not meet the US code, making it difficult for me to wire it. The diagram gives the Blue wire as the line and the red wire as the neutral nothing about the color of the ground wire. The fan does not have a red wire.US code specifies Black, Red and Blue are used for hot wires and White is used as the neutral wire in a 120/208 V circuit. For grounding, regardless of the voltage, Green (or a bare wire) is used. This fan has 1 black wire,1 blue wire, and a yellow with green stripe. I don't want to experiment with the wiring, as electricity is nothing to play with.

worked well at first, randomly stopped after 1 1/2 months
My dad and I were very excited to have this in our ducts to increase air flow to the upper levels of the house. It worked really well for a month and a half, but then we randomly felt the house getting hotter. We checked it out again and tested the wires to find they were dead (there was a broken connection). There wasn’t anything that happened that could’ve lead to these dead wires. We are now very disappointed and upset because we spent money and time on this only to have it quit on us, that too on some of the hottest days this summer. I can’t guarantee you’ll have the same experience as we did, but I also can’t guarantee you won’t, so I would not recommend this product.
