Yum
I recently tried a Cordino non-alcoholic aperitif, and it was good.....Searched for the item on here and this Starlino popped up - even better, an alcoholic version! Well, it's not quite the same but it is very yum indeed.I carried out a quick taste test with this, Aperol, and some Campari. Then started thinking I may have a drinking problem.........doh!But seriously.....these are sort of similar but quite different. The Aperol is by far the sweetest with both this and the Campari having that nice bitter taste that I like. However, I would say this Starlino has a more 'natural' flavour and you can definitely taste the orange as well. Out of the three, this has catapulted in to top position for me. Starlino and tonic - very refreshing. The only downer is that it is more expensive than the other two. However, I am certainly intrigued to try the different flavours now as well! So, looks like it’s lumped all the flavours in together. This five star review is for the orange one. I have subsequently tried the ‘purple’ one and it was nowhere near as good - tasted quite artificial that one and if I could rate separately would give two stars for it. But the orange one is a winner.

Our family's drink for this summer
This is a really nice, refreshing aperitif which I am enjoying with my family - goes very nicely with a splash of tonic. After I bought the pink one, I ordered the orange and red one - all very different and all very tasty. Highly recommend. Beautiful bottle as well!

Nice but sweet
Ok to add to elderflower sprits but not as nice as the St German.

Even nicer than Aperol!
This makes the best Spritzes! And a change from the Aperol Soritz!

Not for me....but others may like it
This flavour is not for me - I was looking for something more bitter and / or intense I think. I made a friend a glass over ice and she liked it, but I was looking for something I could use as a spritz or mixer, and tonic overwhelms the flavour.

Love it!
Love this drink! Great flavour and stylish bottle. Tried it with soda and then Prosecco and loved both combinations. A taste of the Italian holiday we’re missing out on this year.

A deliciously smooth alternative tipple in my house!
A lovely, smooth drink served simply over ice. It is delicious as an after dinner drink and also as a delightful alternative summer afternoon tipple. I also purchased this bottle as an important ingredient at my family zoom cocktail party - the negroni was a hit!!!
