It's an LG... if you've had one, you know!
Love LG phones and this is no different. Easy to use, useful features such as Knock on so you just tap the screen twice to get it to wake up. Charge lasts the day with moderate use. Screen is great, only downside...its a little bigger than I prefer.

Speaker phone sound/quality poor
Plus points. Nice clear screen. Finger print log in works great. Camera seems to be good.Charges quickly and battery lasts really well. Big improvement on my old LG G4.Slide in tray takes 2 sim cards and memory card.Downside supplied with 2 pin plug -no adaptor. Sound on speaker phone feeble. Android is V9 not 10.

Large and heavy
Very large and heavy compared to my old LG which surprised me. Screen quality good only have to charge every 2nd day but then again its brand new. Overall abit disappointing

Terrible service
Received with Euro charger not UK as advertised. Spent over one hour on with amazon chat to arrange a generic charger, still not resolved. Follow up service by amazon extremely disappointing.
