The media could not be loaded. Value for money, ease to use, only issue is when we have voltage fluctuating the gas ignition will not work.

Good Hob but FFD has a flaw
Good strong glass, flame and heating is good. Well spaced out burners. The largest one is great for Kadhai.But the ignition takes 4-5 seconds each time, every time. This is needed for FFD to get activated as per technician. This is very inconvenient.

Overpriced product , pathetic after sales service..
The hob is defective in design. The burners take forever to light up… ignition wires stop working within a month.. the hob doesn’t work on sim mode.. the customer care does not respond well and they never have parts available. However the same are available under paid service. It’s either a defective product or they provide you refurbished product in place of new. Faber as a brand looks like failure in terms of product quality and customer service.

Show off product, does not work well.
I bought this 2 months ago in Rs. 30,000 . After using for 2 months I can say that it is not worth so much money. There is some constant issue with it . The company does give technical support and every time I complaint , the technician visits. But a gas hob worth that much rupee should not give that much problems . The 3Kw burner does not work on all large utensils , and it cuts off LPG supply because it does not gets proper oxygen under large utensils ( as per the technician). So, basically it is only good for small utensils .So, I do not recommend spending money on this one.

Please think about it before buying the faber product
4 burner hob by faber is good but the services are worst..their customer service is so poor and I have call them for my first services and they have no response from starting but after many calls they receive it and said they will send engineer but now it's 6 or 7 days gone they are still sending their engineer.. please it's my kindly request to faber commity to take sincere or strict action
