LiftMaster 892LT 2 Button Remote Control Lot of 2

After wasting $15 on a garbage version of a family garage opener bundle that did not work, I opted to plonk down 5x that to have two garage openers that actually work. These little gems were easy to program. And I’m not always the best with programming gadgets. Am happy to report that both work just fine.

Cheapest I could find, Fast delivery, EXACT REPLACEMENT, Easy to program. Get ladder. Push learn button on garage door opener and push the button on new remote that you want to open garage door. Repeat for second button/garage door. Took me a few minutes total to get ladder and program both remotes. If you program left/right buttons incorrectly for your taste. Simply go in battery compartment and push reset button. And repeat directions above. I don’t think so, but might have to remove battery and push reset button. Cheers

I had my local garage door repair company stop by and issue me with two remotes. I use this company many times during the past seven years for my garage door and electronic gates. I was disappointed that when he came by the quote was $240.00. In the past, he would charge me $50-75.00 for one remote which included programming. I declined the service and found a package of TWO remotes with easy programming instructions. I wanted to support local businesses during Covid, but could not justify the cost and went with Amazon!

This two-pack ("his and hers"?) did the job. They were easy to configure to work with our opener, and they come with visor clips that you can attach either way: so the remote can be on top of the closed visor, or always visible. Or: leave the clip off entirely for tucking somewhere else. Pretty good range if you have line-of-sight.Be aware that LiftMaster makes many different models of openers under identical names. They only way you can tell them apart is the color of the reset button on the back of the opener/motor. This remote functions with the red/orange button variety.

I am happy that the delivery date is earlier than I was told and I appreciate very much for the service of the seller who keep on telling me the progress of my order as it seems that I am a VVIP. The instruction for the programming is easy and simple that I just only try once, it works fine already. I will buy more next week.

Keeping extra ones around for visitors.

Having both a Liftmaster and a Craftsman garage door opener, I was happy to find that this remote was able to connect to both units. Liftmaster's web site is very helpful and has all manuals available. Using their compatibility chart I was able to match both openers I have and make sure this unit would open both. Setting up was simple and quick. Cost seems high to me for what they actually are. They quality is good though.
