Been doing a 31 day halloween makeup challenge (follow me on ig: kutiinay_nay 💅😘🎃) and eye like it better than that waxy oily makeup eye used to use for Halloween makeup/face paint. Last ALL DAY! and also use it for colorful/graphic eyeliner looks, eyeshadow looks, or just to do my makeup in general. A little goes a long way, think eyell have these container for a whileeeee. It says to get it to a melted ice cream consistency, but eye just use mostly liquid ratios (setting spray, water spray, never tried oil but may, probably would make it water proof) it's very pigmented regardless and lasts ALL DAY, yes eye said it again lol. Will try using oil or water to see how that last as well, but BUY ITT!! EYE GOT THE PASTEL SET TOO!! the only con is eye haven't found a set with black, or primary colors, only con, dassit dassall. BUY! 😘

It is water activated eyeliner. Love the way it goes smooth on skin and dried matte and doesn’t transfer unless it gets wet. Very easy to remove with water and soap. And comes with three brushes!

Pigment is great last long but doesn't dry so be careful she has sensitive skin these don't irritate her skin at all and she loved the colors.

I love this eyeliner, i’ve always wanted to purchase some color eyeliner to add some color to my makeup and these are definitely perfect for that.
