BOB'S RED MILL Flour Almond Blanched, Size (32 OZ, Pack - 2)

This product is great. Very fine and adds lots of flavor. What I didn't like was the shipping!! It was shipped in a thin plastic bag and one of the bags of flour was torn. This product should be shipped in a box to protect the product. AMAZON should know better.

i make my own bread, but wheat flours are not healthy for people who need to cut down/out carbs. Still working it out. While this is a good substitute the downside is it has no gluten to give bread the proper structure for a good rise. The product arrived in good shape and has plenty of time before expiry date.

Came well packed with no chance of leaking(actually had a fragile sticker) and with plenty of time to be used up before the use by date.

I like Scottish oatmeal and Red Mill routinely does a fantastic job.

I love this flour and generally purchase at the grocery store. I prefer the convenience of shopping online. 1 lb of this flour at the grocery store is around $8.00. The photo for this product shows a 2lb bag, quantity of 2. I thought I was getting 4lbs for $40, which is reasonable when you add in shipping and package cost. 2lbs for $40 is excessive. I tried to return it, but it said I could not return it.
