Solid offering from Narex
Sharpened up well, lapping the bottom didn't take terribly long. Held up to some heavy work making mortise and tenon joints with 2x6s. Surprisingly useful around the shop for quickly getting the last bit of a wide piece of lumber relatively flat, too.

Not to split hairs…
But if I were going to this would be the chisel for it. I’m NOT an experienced wood worker (relatively new to the obsession) so I have never delved into the more expensive brands-this is in fact the most high end chisel I’ve purchased to date…I know it came sharp(when compared to big box brands) and was easy to fine tune to really get a razors edge on a wet stone…I’m very pleased with overall quality…

Great steel but needs some finesse to get up to speed
As received it had a moderate edge and was beautifully made. Under more direct scrutiny a couple issues were found that ding it from a better rating. Along the sides of the flat I saw several cracks that only seemed to exist on the most outermost material. When hitting the edges with 220 grit sandpaper some of these sections broke free and the line of the edge became a bit rougher. It was also extremely unflat. It took about an hour with 120grit sandpaper and glass to flatten everything out before polishing it.After breaking the jagged edges a bit more to round them, flattening, and sharpening - it feels amazing, it's just unfortunate it took almost 2 hours of effort to get it there.

Ease in use
The is a top chisel for the money. It is well made and a good price unfortunately it was too long for me to use making kumiko joints so I returned it.

Great 2 inch chisel
Used it to chop 67 feet of dados in 30 inch solid oak cabinet wall panels for shelves. Worked great. Saved a lot of time over using a 1 inch chisel. Much more acceptable result than using a saw.
