loose fit
well it yes has a phillips head for the cover screws but it doesn't work because the sharp end is blunted off and the spanner end that is supposed to fit the taylor truss nut snuggly does so but very loosely, so yes it can be used but only because my truss rod is quite easy to turn. If it was tight then it might conceivably start to round off the edges as any loose spanner might do. In all honestly i'm going to have to return this tool and go for a more pricey option simply because it pains me to possess something of such questionable jive ass quality.
