This is my 3rd fireplace insert since 2014, and I HOPE this one lasts, as it has ALL the features I appreciate. Replacing a single heat/1500w unit that tried to burn the house down by overheating the wall plug and that one replaced my first purchase which just had the flame display "die."OK, so what is great about this unit? First it has both a low (750w) and high heat level (1500w). This allows me to leave it on all night at the lower heat level with full safety. Second, it is wider and fills the fireplace area perfectly, looking most like a real flame. Third, it has fun different colors for the fire display, though blue is a little to avant garde even for me. Fourth, it has several levels of brightness for the pseudo flames, and Fifth, it has a remote control to make changing parameters super easy.The unit seems well-built and given the size and features it was most reasonable in terms of price. I would further note that it came in TWO days, Thank You Very Much Amazon Prime.

I loved our home when we purchased it, but the one major downfall of it was no fireplace! We have lived without one for many years but recently I’ve seen that you can put an artificial fireplace in a spot and it looks real. I was searching on Amazon for a fireplace that not only looks realistic but also gave out heat into the room! When I saw this one… I knew it was perfect for our home!♥️ I absolutely love this fireplace insert! Not only does it look wonderful in my home, it also radiates heat....wonderful & warm heat...just like a real fireplace! It was the perfect addition to our home right now! Now I’m super excited for winter time to come do I can snuggle up near it with a cup of hot cocoa! I’ve already received a ton of compliments on it & it’s only been a couple weeks♥️ It’s super easy to install, and I love all of the different settings that it has to offer....especially the remote control! I can sit in a chair across from the fire and not have to get out of my cozy blanket to change the temperature or Settings! HUGE BONUS!!!Another huge perk is that it comes as one piece so there is absolutely no assembly required! SO AWESOME! It is extremely easy to install and can be fit in a tv stand or even be installed on the wall. The fireplace is electricity operated with a wall plug and has 3 different flame colors & different heat settings....looks SO BEAUTIFUL!!! The heat intensity can be adjusted easily as per the requirement. I LOVE its quality and sturdiness. I definitely recommend this beautiful fireplace insert to anyone needing one of these for their home!

This was bought as a replacement for an electric fireplace/heater in my RV. Parts were not available to fix the original. This is the closest to fitting the existing cut-out area. I like the features on this unit and it is very quiet. The one thing that is not as convenient, since my fireplace is close to the floor is having to open the door at the bottom to see how to adjust settings even with the remote. I do like that it remembers the setting I had last when it's turned off and the remote is handy.

This is a perfect fireplace! It was quite difficult to find the size I wanted and this is the perfect fit! I've been using it practically everyday!

I bought this fireplace inserts to replace the wood-burning one I previously had in my home. Both for safety reasons and because I was tired of the mess. I’m so pleased with how well this has worked outIt was amazingly easy to put in place. You barely have to do a single thing. Basically plug it in and said it wherever you need it to be. Mine fit directly into the vacated log area in my fireplace. It was like it was meant to beThere are many different options you can choose; color, heat differential, and power. If you’re feeling a little bit lazy you can just use the remote control and sit on the couch and adjusted to your hearts content. The remote has almost instantaneous authority over the machine.It comes in several different colors. I enjoy that a lot because sometimes just changing the color of the fire adjust the whole aura of the room I’m in. I like that I can adjust it from slightly warm to just about hot very easily.

This is a COSTWAY product. Easy installation, heater works but the flame colors are fluorescent & incredibly 'fake' looking. The 'firewood' looks nothing like wood. If you are looking for realistic ambiance, DO NOT BUY THIS!
