I bought this wanting something small and cute to put 1x novarapid/levemir insulin pen in. I mostly got what i wanted, minus a couple caveats, and would recommend this item. However, the logo on the side of the carrier is obnoxious and huge, and on BOTH sides. If you wanted something subtle that DOESN'T indicate this is carrying your medicine, this is not the one. Luckily, you can soak the carrier in isopropyl alcohol and scrape the logo off with your nail pretty easily. Also, the zipper on the inside broke off within minutes of use. But that's okay as the carrier is for insulin pens- you don't really need any zipper sections. Also, the description says you can fit one pen in it. I am currently looking at it zipped closed with for pens comfortably in it. I could probably squeeze a 5th in there if i wanted to. Note: the pens all have their large blue lids removed, but you don't really need those on anyway. Overall, i love the size and look of it (minus the logo), and am very happy with it. Would recommend! More colours to choose from would be nice

A good, small, robust zip-up case for a single ‘Epipen’ with an additional zip-up internal pocket for additional medication/instructions. Useful carabiner to attach case to belt-loop, etc. Have used both domestically and for travel overseas. Recommended.
