good value for the money. I had a license plate light come broken (plastic clip) so had to modify it to get it to stay on. Customer service was very polite and prompt. The license plate holes are very far off - bizarre how far off. I ended up just self tapping screws. my truck is 20 years old and if i can get a few years out of this bumper that is OK with me. I plan to add extra paint on the inside of the bumper to help make it last longer. Also had a little bit of issues getting the screws in the middle, the holes in the plastic retainers seemed too small. compared to taking off my old rusty bumper (and a sawzall was involved!) the installation was a breeze. Again - pretty dang good value for the money.

I had a problem with a license plate light clip which they couldn’t replace, so they replaced the entire bumper.The replacement bumper was also missing the exact same clip that fell off the other so maybe the packaging QC could use a little help but at the end of the day it is a quality bumper & they made right on promptly addressing the problem.I will Definitely buy from them again. Great customer service but the QC on the parts packaging could use some improvement.

The dodge ram 1500 2004 bumper was a perfect replacement for rusted one. Left it flat black on a silver truck. Looks great. Prompt shipping and priced right.

bumper was fine..all the parts that goes on the bumper didnt fit as it should..seems like a bling man made these parts..dont waist your money..contacted the seller and all ive gotten is the run around..surprise..these companey want your business and money but when they send you the wrong suff they make you jump through hoops..companey said they would send out replacement..been waiting for 2 wk. with no respond from them...people run...your better off throwing ur money out the window

I bought this bumper while remaking the outside of my truck. It's beautiful! the chrome is nice and it really adds the pop I wanted. Unfortunately somebody already bumped into my truck and left a dent in it. I received the part quickly and it installed easily. I recommend the product and the supplier....

The valance piece is quite sturdy. I’ve purchased (2) because when I originally bought the truck it was missing (4x4 so you can imagine what happened). Installed and it was a pain due to the location of the mounting bolts. Well I hit a dead Christmas tree on the freeway and it busted up the first one. I hit the tree very hard and the valance stayed together actually. It put some good cracks in it I replaced it again, same exact one. This time during the install I took the fog lights and fog light bezels out of the bumper (3 ten mil bolts) and it was much easier to get to the valance mounting bolts and tighten down. If I run over something stupid again I will definitely make another purchase. Hope this helps. 2005 Ram 2500 4wd quad cab diesel.
