Very good buy!
I am very pleased with the purchase of the dispenser. I actually bought two, one for lotion and one for liquid soap, along with a soap dish and the holder for toothbrushes as well as one for cotton balls. These are perfect for my master bath. I love the shape and design and I have had no problem with any of the products. I've used them for over a month now and they are exactly what I wanted. Small footprint, no shatter factor like the glass products I had previously. Really like how easy the liquid dispensers are to fill! I would definitely recommend these products.

Pretty color
I love this little soap dispenser. It goes well with my decor of Rose Gold in my kitchen.

Very beautiful
Stunning dispenser, however, it was good for hand sanitizer. I think for lotion or soap it may not be so durable. It will keep watermarks and lotion may get clogged. The rose gold section holds fingerprints. However, beautiful for hand sanitizer.

Cute bathroom accessory
This looks great in my girls' rose gold themed bathroom. Unfortunately, the nozzle where the soap dispenses isn't permanently attached, and it can pop out. It's not a frequent occurrence, but one time it popped out and fell down the drain. We don't have a stopper in their sink, so it was lost forever and I had to buy a new dispenser. While this is a bit of a design flaw, this was also a little bit our fault (we've lost several items down the drain, you'd think we'd have fixed it by now). Other than that, it's cute, and works well.

The dispenser pops-out frequently
The dispenser pops-out frequently, which is a pain in the butt. Not that durable.

Not worth the gamble
Update: I have now set up returns. There were issues with the originals. I requested replacements. And now there’s issues with the replacements. It’s not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor. Don’t get these. 1 of the replacements had the nozzle fall off for absolutely no reason because I didn’t even touch it. And the other replacement, when I pushed down on the pump, liquid would come out of the sides. I’ve attached a picture with my finger pointing to the gap where product would come out of. These things are simply built horrible. I’m just going to have to invest in better made and less attractive soap pumps.Original: I’m gonna be really honest here. I bought this for the looks and price point. I’ve had better soap dispensers that cost more and aren’t as cute. For my bathroom, I’m going with a glam theme so I compromised on quality. The first time I ordered, I thought everything was fine. I filled it with soap and all was good. After a few days I noticed some dried sticky soap build up on the base of the clear plastic part. I turned it over and noticed a crack that went across half of the base. I went on the app and clicked “damaged item” and I was sent a replacement at no charge. Replacement looks great so far. It said I didn’t have to return the broken one. I’ve only had it a few days so time will tell.I decided to buy another because I did like the look but on the second one, the rose gold color was a little less rosy than the first one and less rosy than its replacement. It’s more on the golden side. But I went ahead and filled it with my face wash and when I pressed the pump down, it stayed depressed and only dispensed a small amount. I continued trying to pump with the same result. And it takes too long for the pump to come back up. This didn’t happen with the first one nor did it happen with the replacement. So it’s obvious that quality control is lacking from one pump to another. But I still like the look and want a few more so I went back on the app and selected for a replacement to be sent. This time it asked me to send the defective one back. It didn’t ask me to do that with the first one. Not a problem though. I started the return process and the UPS guy keeps purposefully missing me. He will leave the return label under the door and not bother to knock or actually pick up the item. Ugh. But that’s neither here nor there. Hopefully I can get it back in time before I get charged for the replacementReplacement arrived and the rose gold color is nice and rosy like the first one. There is a small spot on the rose gold part that looks like a blemish, but at this point, I don’t even care. The pump depresses well and dispenses a good amount of product. And I didn’t see any cracks in the clear plastic part. So I’m willing to overlook the small blemish. I decided to keep it.Since I only have to send one back because it said I could keep the first one, what I did is package the defective pump that doesn’t dispense well from one order with the broken clear plastic part from the other order and combined them as one. I kept the functioning pieces to create a working dispenser and I’ve filled that one with the pink liquid which is my BioOil for stretch marks and scars. I just gave birth to a baby and I’m using the oil twice a day on my belly while my skin adjusts and shrinks back to its original size. Since I use it often, I wanted to have it on hand and accessible. It looks great in the pump.I will wait until the UPS guy picks up my broken one before ordering another one for my hand lotion. Hopefully I’ll have better luck with that one because I don’t want to go through another return and deal with UPS pickup. To resume, you don’t really know if you’re going to get a good pump or not. It’s a gamble. And if you don’t mind needing to return items, then go ahead and take the chance. But if you’re looking for consistency and quality, this pump is not for you. Find something else and expect to pay more.I do hope they last. I’ve been wiping them down with a washcloth after every few uses to make sure they don’t rust or develop hard water marks on the rose gold part.If they don’t, I’m gonna go back to the mason jar style dispensers that I use in my kitchen that have lasted me 3 years so far. They cost 3 times as much and they won’t match my glam bathroom theme but I don’t want to go through this ordering process and replacement parts again. It’s just too much work. For now, I’m satisfied with the way they look and the replacements function well, so I’ll give it 3 stars. Docking one for inconsistencies and docking another one for quality. If it turns out that they’re not durable, I’ll come back and edit the review and dock another star.

I have been buy from Amazon for years. I looked everywhere and bought all the pieces that go with the soap dispenser and love them. They look very classy even though they are not metal and I am very picky. The first soap dispenser did end up with a green buildup around inside rim which hurt the silver finish. The price is great, so I bought a 2nd one and tried something...before I put anything in it I put 2 coats of clear nail polish on all the silver finish inside and outside frame rim only (not the outside mat finish). It worked great...no green buildup and no silver finish coming off!

So pretty
I love this soap dispenser it is easy to fill and looks great! The top is a bit loose so I’m kinda afraid it’ll tip over and leak but honestly still looks cute and the pump works great. It’s not hard or weird to dispense soap.
