This text was superbly written. The first edition was marred by obsolete material in the CPR section. Multi-authored and covering each organ system. A reminder that Anesthesia is a legitimate medical specialty.

Too pricy for 600 pages book. The worst surprise ever, they wanted to charge me 198$ for online access!This book is fair to cost 60$ with free online access. I regret this purchase.
