Q: Is the sizing chart right? i wear large to xl underware, but according to the sizing chart i`m supposed to be 3xl

Sizing chart is pretty accurate - but in the future I would buy one size "up". The arm length is short especially if you have long arms!

Q: What size would I wear at 5'9 and 170 lbs?
