Perfect fit if you have lost/damaged your previous adaptor.
I bought a Netgear router from Amazon U.S. but in the U.S., the voltage is 110V which melted the previous adapter. So I bought this adapter instead as a replacement. Works fine & no issues so far.

It met my expectations. One issue is bothering me is the extension cord which it shoud not be their. You connect Ac/DC power unit with one cord as it sometime disconnected.In general it serves it's purpose.

Did not fit my router. Be careful when you order this. Amazon has incorrect information listed in the product description. It says it was compatible with my router but it wasnt. Ended up throwing it in the trash and taking a loss.

False advertisements *buyer beware*
States that it will work with Nighthawk x8 router. It does not. The pin would not fit. Thanks for wasting my time.

Do not buy, does not work in Netgear.
Simply it does not fit the netgear nighthawk x8. Do not buy it. Garbage . I never thought that someone could sell a product direct to one job and it is impossible tomuse. Lost my money.
