Great Cold Weather Pants
Very pleased with these pants. They are a great fit, and do a great job in cold weather, and it keeps the wind out. If it's gets a little too cold, I just add another layer under it.

Great pants for winter cycling.
My first ride wearing these was in 50°F weather and my legs were hot! I think that they will be good down to 32° F and with a good quality base layer underneath perhaps down to 20° ish?I'm 5" 9" tall, 190lbs (yes, I need to shed a few pounds) waist is 36" and chest 42". I ordered a large and they are perfect. They are generously cut around the knees and well tailored overall which allows for great comfort and flexibility while peddling but with no feeling of the material binding or bunching up. However, they don't feel 'baggy' in any way at all... which is a good thing! The bottoms are comfortable around the ankles (and long enough to keep the ankles warm) but they still manage to stay away from the chain guard, which is great!I haven't tried them in the rain and so I cannot attest to how waterproof they are but I feel sure that they will be fine in a light shower or two. They seem well constructed and I would anticipate them lasting for quite a while if worn 2 - 3 times a week. There is enough cut in the back side area that allows me to wear a pair of padded chamois pants underneath them.I'm going to order a second pair. An equivalent pair of pants at a cycle store would cost 3-4 times more but certainly not 3-4 times better quality. If I haven't already mentioned it... these are comfy and warm! The down side is that I have no more excuses not to get out and cycle when it's cold LOL

Somewhat TOO warm.
I imagine these would be great in the winter (with snow), and they're nice to wear for a short while, but they're simply too hot to wear on a 3 hour ride (50-60 degree) cold day. They don't really breathe at all so all the body heat stays inside and multiplies until you sweat... BUT you stay warm!

Warmer Than You Think
At the start of my bike ride, it was 51 degrees with a wind chill of 43. These were too warm. 10/10 for blocking the wind. Unless it is under 45, I do not wear these. These have quickly become my post ride warming layer even to a point of wearing them casually at home or...I've worn these out and about on errands in drizzly weather and 46 degrees; they were perfect. As far as riding in them, for me, under 45 degrees only. My POV, great buy, comfortable, and looking for a second pair just for fun.

I'm 65 but try to stay active through the winter by cycling, walking and hiking here in Provo, Utah.I'm addition to the fashion look which is by far the best of all the different pants I researched, they are extremely comfortable, have room and fabric flexibility to support various movement and for me the for us spot on. Kudos on the packaging, sturdy, protective, reusable.I highly recommend them.My stats: 5' 10", 180lbs, 32 waist, 30 inseam.Size purchased: Men's MED

Very good, lightweight, cold weather pants
These Baleaf cold weather pants are well designed, well made and reasonably priced. The weight of the pants is very light and the choice of fabrics, along with a waffle pattern on the interior, helps maintain warmth. The fit is pretty much as expected. I chose a size small for my 5"5" 140 pound frame. The legs are slightly long, but that helps keep ankles covered when knees are bent on a bike. The rise is on the short side, which I like, but may be tight if you have other gear on underneath. The legs are not skin tight, so there is room for leggings worn underneath. The knee area is designed to allow flexibility. The waist has both elastic and a drawstring. The elastic is not especially strong, but the drawstring provides backup. Ankle zippers allow easier dressing. The logo is prominent and reflective in the front, but not as bad as some other brands. I prefer not to be a billboard. There are other reflective areas too. Overall the style is subdued enough where you don't feel like a clown. Overall, these are basic, quality pants which will keep you warm in cold temps while riding or running, and the price is very reasonable.

Review
Very comfortable. Just not a durable as I'd expect. Inseam tore after 4th time wearing. For active wear I'd think they would be more durable.
