Not a fan of having to refrigerate. So they are a good brand, I will probably not purchase these again because of needing to refrigerate. I like to keep all of my bottles in the same place because I will forget to take them otherwise.

I have gone through 2 complete bottles of these pills.Pros:Great product that actually works! In the past I would always get an infection after being on an antibiotic. The last time I was on an antibiotic, I was taking these pills and I did not get an infection!I also really like how they come packaged cold and you have to store them in the fridge.I feel like they are working well for me and my body.Con:I have chocked on these twice! 1st time, I was seriously chocking and my husband had a smack me hard on my back to dislodge it.The 2nd time, I was able to dislodge it myself. But still very scary. I have been swallowing pills since my teens, I don't think it's me. I would be willing to take 4 smaller pills then 2 long capsules!I am ordering my 3rd bottle, out of fear of not finding a similar product that will work as good as this one!

Favorite women’s probiotic. I don’t even have to take it every day. Just two pills a week and it keeps everything clean:)

I got these to replace flora in my gut. I cannot tell if anything has changed, but I also have not been consistent about using it or doing it everyday. I was pleased that it was delivered with a cold pack, although by the time it got here it was only moderately cold. I would likely not buy this in the heat of summer because of that fact.

This product works for me where others don’t. For whatever reason I don’t respond to unrefidgerated probiotics. I was soooo pleased and encouraged when it arrived so well packed and with an ice pack. Not everyone who sells this does that, and I’ve found it makes a difference. I’ve taken this product for years, so thank you for making sure it gets to me in the best condition possible.

Buen producto, a mi esposa le ayudó mucho, sin embargo ya no lo pudimos pedir más porque cada vez que lo pedía lo enviaban antes de la fecha de entrega y al no estarlo esperando ese día se arruinó porque debe estar en refrigeración y ellos no notifican la entrega, aparte que lo envían antes de la fecha que informa amazon. Por suerte amazon me reembolso el costo del producto, pero que mal que por ser descuidados en la entrega ya no lo pediremos mas.

I can tell that these are live and the capsules are not inactive. I think they do help my GI tract and mood.
