These mouth strips work fine for me but I can see why if you have stubble etc it might not stick well. At first I was a bit worried as I am sometimes allergic to plasters etc and these felt like they were stinging a little when I first stick them on but I use them to try and seal my lips around a mouth splint I use at night because I clench which is quite bulky so might be just that it’s pulling tight because when I take them off in the morning I have no sign of irritation or any residue from the adhesive. It’s really helping me not to wake up with a really dry mouth. If I do need to breathe through my mouth then I can through the sides but it really helps encourage me nose breathe. Sometimes especially at first I had found I’d taken them off in my sleep but I found that with my splint at first but persevering means I rarely find it off in the morning. If you really need to take it off then it isn’t too hard which was one of my concerns when trying mouth taping. I couldn’t find many reviews for the actual product shown which is why I thought I would add one.

Not quite adhesive. Keep coming off at night. Doesn’t work at all.

These come with no packaging and instructions although it’s quite easy to determine how to apply them. They do not stick particularly well, but somehow were still in place in the morning. I didn’t find them uncomfortable but will need to wear for a while to determine if they improve my quality of sleep

I tried these for several nights. The longest I achieved before the strip came off my lower lip/chin was less than 3 hours. In one night 3 came off lasting only 30 mins each.I tried shaving and scrubbing my skin and putting a second overlapping the first half on my chin, all to no avail.Perhaps they work for gentler sleepers, but were a waste of time and money for me.

Why pay more? I was sceptical about the whole idea of plasters to produce nose-breathing, so didn’t want to waste a lot of money testing. I bought these and they work perfectly, so will re-order when I run out. Of course you need a few nights to get used to them, but then - no problem. I whole-heartedly recommend them.

I’ve been using these strips and my sleep has definitely improved. When I use them i woke up the next morning without feeling fogy or dry mouth.

Too big and they don't stick on very well. I gave up with them after only one try.

This product arrived without a single word of information, directions or instruction.They are completely useless and do not work.There are much better products than this available.Trust me....this is a genuine review!
