Great Headset
This headset is not only great value but is also very comfortable to wear and works well. Great customer service too! Definitely recommend.

Low cost working solution
Cheap and cheerful headset but it works well enough for what I need it for. The lip mic seems quite good and callers have reported good sound quality coming from my end. Coming the other way, I can hear my callers ok. Clarity isn't fantastic but then you have to factor in other things, like quality of the line or signal. It's quite comfortable but some people might find it a little tight.

Good head set at a sensible price
Used this headset yesterday for a 1 hour zoom meeting, fits well and doesn't look big and cumbersome.The adjustable headband may be an issue for some it doesn't expand that big. Comes with 2 sizes of jack plug which could be useful, no USB connector. For me it's just the job.

Excellent Customer Service!
I previously bought this headset in July 2021 and had no issues with it until recently. The headphone connection had stopped working and sound was leaking out. I contacted the seller and explained the issue. I received a replacement headset free of charge the very next day. I am very happy with the service that I received and the new headset is working perfectly. I would recommend the headset and the seller!

Disappointed
It stopped working on the same day I started using it. Spoke to 4 people it was great, on my 5th person it gave up in the middle of a conversation, the other person on the other line couldn’t hear me. Tried again with same person, it worked for a few seconds then went back to the other person not hearing me but I could hear them. Managed to get myself new headsets that cost way more but work perfectly fine.

Sound is acceptable but not great
The speaker sound is ok, but sometimes voices are difficult to hear. The microphone easily pics up background noise, so only useful in very quiet settings. Doesn't weigh much, but can get uncomfortable to use for long periods.
