Great spring hinged clip. So comfortable in my hand. Write well and wet. I was a bit disappointed that while capped for a day that it dried out and had a bit hard time starting to write again. I think it need a rubber gasket to be included that may help similar to that which the Lamy Safari has. Other than that, I like this pen.

Does not come in gift box. Came in plastic hanger package. Disappointing if you are giving as a gift because it makes the pen look cheap. Decent if you are purchasing for self though.

Nice pen but it dries out constantly while writing and in between writing so not nearly as high quality as the more expensive Watermans or even the cheap Cross pens

This pen has an excellent nib that puts down a good line while being able to write on cheap paper. It is smooth with just enough feedback. The barrel and section are the same as the more expensive Phileas but without the added color and decorations. If you like a demonstrator pen that looks and performs well above its price this will do a good job for you.

I have several fountain pens, and I normally have to write with them a little to see what color cartridge is inside. The thing I really like about this one is that as it's clear, I can easily see what color ink is inside, and even see the ink level in the cartridge. Like my other Waterman fountain pens, this one is nice to hold, and really writes effortlessly. I would definitely buy another one!

These used to be so well made. Luckily I still have some older ones that work beautifully / I just wanted the clear pen, so I splurged to treat myself. What a waste of money & sad the product has lost its previous quality.
