Vocabulary Activities with CD-ROM (Cambridge Handbooks for Language Teachers)

Penny Ur is brilliant. Her learning activities are based on sound theory, and they are imaginatively designed to result in optimal learning and enjoyment. I have taught ESL adults for a number of years, and her books are the best I have found by far.

This is a fabulous book for any ESL teacher. There are important and interesting activities for any level of student, and the accompanying CD makes printing the handouts a cinch.
