Awesome Product
Very comfortable overall, mic quality is awesome, doesn't feel irritated even after using for long hours, we can mute unmute and change sound volume from the controls provided, just one negative i felt was the plastic quality of the controller, could be improved.

Not genuine seller
Please do not buy this from Amazon. I have bought this headphone from Amazon and within 6 months, mic is not working. I called Amazon for support, they are saying Please reach out to Jabra company directly. I reached out to them and provided my serial number of asset, and they confirmed that this headphone is already sold to end user. So we can't provide you support. We can only provide support to end user whom they have sold. This is fraud seller. Please don't buy anything from Amazon seller.

Ear buds sponges
Very good product. But sponges quality could be improved. If you sweat a lot, chances are sponges might be spoiled. Some cover should be required in order to protect. Price is slightly high.

Its Simple Plug & Play with your Windows Machine.
This comes in a Plastic Bag. The only explanation could be that, seller is selling headphones which may be part of a bigger bulk order and simply selling one unit from the big whole sale box. But this is not the concern as i found the unit in new and good condition.Instantly works with MS teams, The control unit is very very helpful and the USP of the product. Its way to easy now to mute and control the volumes with a dedicated hardware control unit. A good Buy.Don't expect heavy bass for music. these are mainly for crystal clear voice calls during work from home and office

MS optimized headset sent instead of UC
I received MS optimized headsets instead of UC. Product description says UC. Audio is very low when connected to laptop as volume needs to be kept at 100% always. It may vary when used with desk phone. This item is non-returnable, however we can get replacement only if the amazon technician is satisfied with your explanation. In a ways its a deadlock if you purchase these. Should have considered cheaper ones from Sennheiser.

Worse support by Amazon team
Worse service from Amazon while providing warranty.. Amzn is asking to claim warranty from Jabra however Jabra is claiming 3rd party Amzn will take care for warranty. Inspite of multiple follow-ups from last one month no one is helping. Amazon worse customer support ever.
