A bit expensive but does the job.

If your desperate for probiotics and can’t go the natural route this will get you kickstarted in the either direction.

This is a good combination for gut and UT health. I knocked one star off because it contains what I consider unnecessary additives for a probiotic, including magnesium stearate, which many people wish to avoid.

I didn't have any issues with these, there was no stomach upset when I took them whether I took them with or without food and I felt like they helped me get rid of a ton of bloating

I really count on probiotics to balance out things in my digestive system. This is the first one that I've seen saying it helps with the urinary tract too. For years, I've taken cranberry for that so this is an additional boost.Anyone who has had a urinary tract infection knows how important it is to head those off. Various prescriptions might throw off our gut, particularly antibiotics, so taking a probiotic just makes sense to restore our system with all the little flora that work away unseen inside of us.These capsules are supposed to make it past the enzymes in the stomach and release in the intestinal tract. Sounds good to me.I'm not sure why these are in a blister pack instead of just a bottle. I guess either way there's going to be some waste from using these. At least the box can be recycled.How well do these work? I feel fine. My digestion is working fine. No UTI during this time. All is well.
