Turned an old butcher block into a collapsing workbench
I used these brackets to turn an old kitchen island butcher block into a collapsible workbench for the garage. The release levers on the brackets are easy to use and they easily hold enough weight for my purposes when screwed into studs.I recommend using a long driver bit for installing the screws as it makes it much much easier to reach the screw holes when affixing the brackets to the wall and your table surface.

Sturdy for kitchen counter top

I used these to build an extended collapsible miter saw shelf for longer boards to rest on. Works great and holds the 50lb shelf and boards with no problem

noisy for a kitchen table application
works great and super sturdy, things to watch out for is if you're planning to install this for a foldable kitchen table as i did, be careful not to press the release trigger with your knees by accident, a disaster is gonna happen!, other thing is that folding up and closing is so noisy like you almost blink you eyes from its loud noise, little expensive imo, other than that its super sturdy.
