Purchased for my 2023 Ford Lightning Lariat.From the first day of installation, gets stuck while opening and closing. Have made numerous attempts to adjust the spacing between the tracks which works for a bit but then goes back to getting stuck during operation. Just looking at front part where the motor is housed, the cover that goes over it would barely fit. Had to really squeeze the cover over the top which made that part an even tighter fit where the cover first comes out.It's been on now for 4 months and it's the worst it's ever been even after all the adjustments and oiling the tracks. It's kind of embarrassing actually when I'm with a friend and having to manually help it to prevent it getting stuck.At this point I don't think I can return it, but even if I could, I don't even know how I would without any of the packaging and it being heavy and so many parts. I will give it pluses for being water resistant and looking good. If I had it to do again, I would have bought a different tonneau cover. I really wanted it to work as it seemed cool, but ultimately disappointed considering how much I spent.09/21/23 updateReceived an email on 09/18 offering a full refund. I replied back I'll accept the refund in lieu of getting this one to work properly. The reply was they can't really provide a refund and they just sent that email as means to contact me. All they can offer is a new controller device that they're sending out today. We'll see how it works out.10/28/23 updateAfter further communication with the company to replace a part and make further adjustments that made operation better, but still stuck when opening, they sent me a replacement device to exchange and send back my original one.Installed the new replacement today and works great. Open and closes smoothly everytime. And after all of this, I feel like I'm almost a pro in installing, removing and making and necessary adjustments.Thanks for making this right!

I seldom grant a 5 on any product. This was priced well, shipped & received early. All parts included. Videos are on YouTube that can help with visualization. TOP notch Customer Support. I emailed a question on a Saturday morning and got a response before I could get a cup of coffee. After install, I sent an email for parts I lost in the install and an extra set of black bolt head covers. Living in the desert, I judge the bolt covers, intended to cover stainless bolts black to match the cover, would deteriorate and fall off. Went to their website, which has no way to order parts. Emailed customer service asking how I could get 4 more as extras. Their mailing the to me free.Being a mid-priced Tonneau cover option, it is a bargain. Having put this together, it took longer than it should have. If I had to do it again, it shouldn't take 30 minutes. A second set of hands will expedite the installation hugely. Parts are individually bagged by function. Tools are provided and are adequate to accomplish tasks by applying appropriate torque to hardware. Because parts are aluminum, over tourqued components could fail.I installed this alone, so I did it "in place". It should be easier if put together, cannister, rails, rolling cover, & canister cover, on the ground; then lifted into place with a second set of hands.A component of the cover system, that I appreciate, is drainage for the cannister that holds the sliding/rolling cover and a second /third drain, one each, on the left and right rails.Two lengths of "rubber" are provided to slide into the accessory trough in the top, middle, full length of the tracks. They don't show on the assembly instructions, but are easiest to install starting at the bulkhead end of the truck, before installing the cover assembly. I used the oil provide with the kit to help install those parts.I will attach some pics later
