Im literally in awe. LITERAL LIFE SAVER. I don’t usually write reviews but this product is worth writing one. I was diagnosed recently with Cauda Equina Syndrome and did surgery. However, because of this medical issue, I developed a neurogenic bladder & a flatulence incontinence issue. As young adult, farting with no control is EXTREMELY embarrassing, especially in the field of work I’m in. But this product, I’m not embarrassed anymore & I feel more at ease around people. 😁

Does it work? It depends.....you know what I mean. If you are passing roses, well I guess so. If you are passing fish corpses - maybe not that effective. I hope you are chuckling. I think it works moderately. It could cover a little more area on the bottom. Here's a tip. After you eat a meal or before you have to go out in public, heat up a cup of hot water in the microwave and drink it slowly. No additives, just hot water. It will ease your tummy and digestive tract. It's an ancient Chinese secret (for real). It relaxes your insides, allows you to go to the bathroom and leave all that worry and smell behind (at home). Or, just stay away from sugar, refined grains and meat - add more veggies and you'll do much better.

Does the job.

I used to have a charcoal flatulence cushion. But if you had to lift up to expel gas; it didn't work as well. Plus I had to cart along a pillow with me everywhere I went. This was back in the 1990's. I used to say; someone needs to make charcoal filtered panty liners or pads.You can imagine how ecstatic I was to find this product! No muss, no fuss & it's washable/reusable. Saves the planet!
