Seems to work as advertised.
Been in use for couple of months now, seems like the video streaming with prime and you tube is included and the rest of my data usage is covered by the allowance. So far no real major issues

Felt a bit like a scam...
Happy with the data allowance in this package. However, I was led to believe that I was buying a preloaded SIM for the £20.00 that I paid at the point of sale/purchase on Amazon.I've now had to spend a further £20.00 to be able to activate and use the SIM upon it's arrival.Feeling quite annoyed and rather cheated out of cash. 🙄

Great for temporary or mobile Internet.
Great option. Needed Internet while moving house and getting my normal Internet running. Used it with a Huawei mobile hotspot. Worked really well and allowed us to work from home and watch Netflix.as it does not count towards your data. Been using it a week and only used 15gb so far. Remember this is £20 per month unless cancelled

Scam
Order this as says pay as you go with EU roaming. Required you to pay to setup a monthly contract. The £20 covers the first month but when I tried to claim that month the voucher code never worked. Spoke to 3 customer service people using the webchat which was a waste of an hour as the kept asking the same questions. Avoid

Good alternative to Vodafone on their network for less.
Good alternative to Vodafone.I thought from the description this was a data pack, not massively happy it wasn't and is more a monthly product. Wasn't massively clear!

Voxi PAYG works. Contract dosn't.
I bought my Voxi SIM card at a local shop, rather than through Amazon. But i imagine that the experience is just the same..Having nothing but trouble with the main ISP's, i bought a couple of SIM powered routers (which i now don't recommend as they come with their own set of issues that are even worse), and a few different SIM cards to try out..I didn't want to get locked into another contract right away, as Voxi seem to only do contracts of a full two years. So i bit the bullet and paid £20 a month for (near enough) unlimited everything, just to try these out for a while..After a few months, and no real problem except for slowness (no problem i can blame Voxi for anyway), i figured it was time to start saving money with a contract. I decided to go all in with Voxi, and set up the payment details etc..Well, there are times in this life where things work fine, right up until you need them the most. And then they don't..So now here i am, two days after my contract with Voxi should have kicked in, and i have had to put another £20 on a rival SIM to be able to type this. Because the second i went full contract with Voxi then everything hit the fan. I am even getting e-mails from them saying they are stopping my service because of none payment. I have double checked everything, and if it's me at fault then i can't see how..I'm sure that a Voxi representative might argue that this is just a simple, small glitch somewhere, and if i could calm down for a moment then maybe we could sort this out. But having spent literally every other day for the last ten months fighting these kinds of companies, their mistakes, and their demands for payment (for services either not provided, or sometimes not even wanted), then this is an instant red flag to me. And alarm bells are screaming at me to get out, rather than waste any more of my life and energy trying to fix yet another broken organisation..The worst thing is the stupid catch 22 situation that Voxi put you in. Because the second there is a problem, then you can't log in to see what that problem is. Not just because of lack of credit. But Voxi themselves make it impossible for you to log in when their own two factor authentication will ONLY send their 2FA code to their SIM, which you then can't possibly get at, because of whatever the problem getting online is!!.At least certain other companies (Smarty!) give you the option of having that 2FA code sent to an e-mail address or phone that you can access separately. So, as long as you can get online for a minute by some other way, then you can at least log in by that round-about way to try and sort any issues..But Voxi (a subsidiary of the communications giant Vodafone) would do well to get someone who knows the first thing about using the internet to design their set up, instead of the monkey that they obviously did get..LATER: Just to be 100% sure that it was Voxi at fault and not me, i later tried a different way to set up a contract on their web site. Using an alternative e-mail address, bank account, and SIM, this subtly different set up process was still full of annoyances. Such as constantly redirecting you back to the same section to do something differently, but never once telling you what the problem is and what you should fix, just making you guess time after time..And (eventually) having handed over my bank details, and approved payments with my banking app, the Voxi site just stops. To be clear, it's not frozen as such, you can still move things around. But you click "continue", and nothing happens. It, just, STOPS. And that's it. Hours later, i still don't even know if i am a Voxi customer or not. I am double checking payments, and just nothing is happening..So in my opinion, avoid. Any company that makes it as difficult as this to become a customer doesn't deserve your time or money..

Bit misleading
Bit misleading as you are forced to enter a card or PayPal recurring payment to activate the sim. It's not really pay and go if it automatically takes money from your bank each month at a set amount. Other than that it works fine.
