I tried many ways, hot water, glycerin etc and I couldn't find a way to dilute this powder

I've bought this product multiple times for years. This was the 1st time I've experienced the powder be grainy. I wasn't expecting a problem so I added it to a batch of lotion and it really messed up my batch. Not sure what to do now.

There are chemical contaminants everywhere that damage the skin and the dust burns the skin. My skin definitely stays softer with less tendency to dry out when I mixed this product in my large jar of cream lotion.
