Q: Can you tell me where to find directions for use? Got the kit but no instructions

There are no directions because they are tools meant to be used to use in dotting art. If I may suggest possibly watching a YouTube video on mandala art that might help! I bought them to use on rocks. I do mandala dot art with them. I hope that was helpful

I just placed an order as well. Because of your question, I checked the manufacturer name and it had a US on the end, so so assumed it was a US-based company. I was notified this morning that my package had been shipped via China Post.

Q: Why can’t I view my order or contact the store to inform them a few items were missing from my kit?

It's a sneaky way for junk sellers to keep folks from complaining. Go to your orders, click on seller (takes you to their info) and look for Contact or ask seller a question...if that doesn't work, Contact Amazon customer service. Then write a review outlining missing parts AND the fact you can't contact seller.

Q: Can this be used on fabric?

I don't see why not.....as long as you use fabric paint.
