Does not last long
When it works it’s good. But it’s the second one I have in 3 years and the quality leaves to be desired.The steaming function loses pressure with time (a year give or take), which means it just lets hot water out more than steam. The electronics on the handle of the stick are delicate and expensive to replace, rendering it useless if it fails, making it cheaper to buy a new one, which is what I had to do.

Stay away from this. Wasted money!
Product doesn’t work properly and the support is miserable. We took it to support because it was leaking and not working properly and they sold us a new bucket... it came home still leaking water and it’s totally unusable. It switches on and off by itself and provides steam whenever it feels like it... More than 2000aed wasted!
