This is a great bag. I used to carry a spare medical bag (I am an LEO, but not a current medic) built from a great military surplus OD green IV kit bag. This was great until I sent a guy to get it out of my back seat of my duty vehicle and he could not see it at night! I bought this bag based on reviews and have been impressed. it is large, durable, and has plenty of space.Best features:-Color of bag-Rubberized bag outer bottom-Pull out smaller bags for keeping needed items together (mine are set up as individual IFAK style bullet wound kits)Cons:-Large BagI have used a black permanent marker to write what is in each pocket and pouch. This has already been a great help when excitement hits.

This thing is BIG and well put together. Warning though... if you pack this thing full, it will get heavy. Packed a well put together first aid/trauma kit for home, but realized some members can't lift it. They can always drag it if needed, and this thing looks like it could withstand dragging on concrete if necessary.

I just returned from a church mission trip with over 200 high school students. I served as the trip nurse and was able to utilize this bag for all of our medical needs. The four color-coded removable bags were especially helpful. Red for band aids, blue for ibuprofen and Tylenol, green for allergies and cough/cold, and yellow for motion sickness and upset stomach. And the compartments in the main portion of the bag proved to hold our larger items without damaging them. This bag made everything easily accessible - much better than the rolling suitcase and backpack I used last year ! It was easy to carry without being too heavy or bulky. And the bright orange color identified it very easily as "the medical bag." I would highly recommend this product - very durable and easy to use !

This bag is great for a BLS kit. I use this as my standby kit for confined space entry/rescue. It has taken a beating and held up well. Appears to be constructed well and the hi-viz colors/striping haven’t faded. The bag has been caught in the rain a few times with very little (if any) moisture penetration. The pockets on the ends of the bag are large enough to fit a box of nitrile gloves. The color-coded storage pouches are great for organizing and quick access. All and all an excellent product.
