Great cooking prep tool
I had this type of cutting board and half moon blade many years ago. This is a perfect replacement. Note: Don't think this will be your main cutting block. It's very small on purpose. It's great for chopping garlic, herbs, small things. Oil it like you would any wood block. One pro is not having the chopped leaves etc. all over the countertop. The blade is sharp with a well fitted cover and comfortable grip.
