This is a tool but it's priceless for small projects. Because of the size it allows you get into spaces that would otherwise be prohibitive.

Steel is so soft the end where the adjustment bolt treads in spreads apart and the bolt falls out.i was clamping on the pliers to keep weight plates from falling off a rods with just enough force to keep the pliers on. Don't waste your money.

Screw adjuster was rusted in place
I had to use a pair of pliers to loosen the screw adjuster and spray WD40 on it to clean it up. It was rusted in place. Should not have to clean up a new tool before you can use it. I needed curved jaws and when I went through mine all were flat. Curved jaws to hold garage rod in place to adjust the garage door. Now that I have cleaned them up I will be able to use them.
